Work without Borders Company is an innovative initiative primarily aims at providing job opportunities for highly-qualified Palestinian graduates living in the Palestinian Territories by applying the system of remote working.

The idea of the company is based on providing a wide range of services executed by the Palestinian skilled graduates who are marked by creative and distinctive abilities and being less costly when compared with its counterparts.  The duties are performed through remote working for the companies and institutions that are located outside the Palestinian Territories. The executed work is achieved through the main head office of the company at Britain and the scattered centers of the company at different areas at the West Bank and Gaza Strip; while the company works through four main departments.

We are distinctive because of our distinguished aims as following:

1-      Establishing a pioneering model of remote working at Palestine dealing with various services

2-      Offering job opportunities for the Palestinian graduates while staying on their homeland through using developed communication means and information technology.

3-      Investing and developing the humanitarian sources achieving the continuous economic development in the light of the scarcity of the natural resources.

4-      Promoting the sector of information technology and telecommunication in Palestine in away that serves the other social and economic sectors.

5-      Bringing the regard back for many of the educational programs in the Palestinian higher education institutions through providing job opportunities in the domains of those programs.

6-      Providing training and vocational opportunities for those who are working in the domain of remote working.

7-      Transferring the outside experiences to inside Palestine.

The centers of the company inside Palestine

The company works on establishing remote employing centers that are scattered at the West Bank and Gaza Strip equipped with all the logistic requirements in order to enable the employees to perform their duties and keep the contact efficiently through sound, information and picture with the companies outside. Hence, the company provides all the needed office – facilities and developed communication means besides computers sets and its accessories.

 

In addition, the company inaugurated its two centers at Nablus (The West Bank) and Gaza (Gaza Strip).It is now working on inaugurating new number of centers in the Gaza Strip and the West Bank. Administrative director supervises on the work of these centers, undertakes the missions of the administrative supervision, follows-up how dose the duty performs and prepares periodic reports about the performance of the employees.

The main office of the company

The main office of the company sponsoring the project located in the United Kingdom in Manchester; the company is registered as a non-profit commercial company and its profit is retained to be spent on its developing activities.  In addition, the office undertakes performing multiple missions, mainly marketing the jobs and services which are executed by the centers in Palestine for the companies abroad as well as the administrative follow-up and supervision on the contracting process between the employer and employee. 


The main office provides a number of central services in order to ensure keeping the privacy of the employer and performing the duties in a valid way and these services include:

-       Providing a central server in the United Kingdom which allows both the employer and employee inside Palestine to keep in touch via using this server in away ensures information preservation and protecting it from abusers. The information is only kept on the sever in the United Kingdom and there is no any copy saved on computer sets in Palestine 

-       Developing the electronic sites contributes to carry out all administrative, marketing and media duties and to ease the contact process between the main office, centers in Palestine and the employer.

-       Carrying out the duties of the financial management for making contract between centers and employer where all financial processes are executed via deep-rotted British financial and banking institutions in order to guarantee the quality of the service and its execution quickly.

-       Developing and following-up the use of various programs which ensures the easiness of contact process between the employee and the employer through the sound, information and picture with the guaranty of security  and protection for the exchanged information

-       Developing training programs and building up abilities in the domain of remote working and in different fields if necessary in accordance with the employee’s capacity to give in different fields of work.
