Job seekers learn how, when and where to use technology tools and resources for fostering their abilities and increasing their opportunities to get distinguished jobs and to perform their duties perfectly through applying qualifying and advancement program at Work Without Border Company. Therefore, this program enables them to acquire basic skills needed for introducing their talents and convincing companies of their qualification and suitability for the position; in other words they will be hired. The next phase takes place after being hired via applying development program on employees.
Work without Borders and its Remote Working employees:
Work Without Borders Company is keen to provide employees with training programs in order to raise the level of their performance and skills. In addition, the training program includes strategies regarding how to deal with remote working system and how to develop work methods via using internet and multimedia programs. The professional advancement department makes an evaluation for the employees’ needs in order to offer training programs meet with the needs of the labor market and private companies.
